Our Owner and Founder, Steve Norell is a Certified Payment Professional. The Certified Payments Professional™ (CPP) designation is evidence that an individual is certified in the electronic transactions industry. The credential is awarded based upon experience and passing of a rigorous examination that provides objective measure of an individual's broad-based knowledge and competency in electronic transactions. Ongoing professional development is required in order to maintain the credential. The CPP is administered by the Electronic Transactions Association, the leading trade association for companies in the electronic transactions and payments space.
